By starting a commission with me, you are confirming that you read, agree, and abide by the terms of service listed below. No exceptions.

Commission Process
- Commissions are limited to the amount of slots available at the time of contact. If there are no slots, you may contact me again once I announce new openings on my Instagram posts, stories, or BlueSky posts. In case the messages about getting a commission persist after being informed of my unavailability, I hold the right to refuse service permanently.
- I will not accept AI generated images as reference in any circumstance. By being presented one, I hold the right to refuse service permanently and offer your slot to the following commissioner in the queue.
- During the creation process, expect to be updated thought out the sketch, lineart, colouring, and rendering stages.
- Although I will try my best to deliver the commissions in due time, please keep in mind that I can take up to a month to finish a commission. Constant messaging regarding updates during this time period (more than twice a week) or any attempt to rush me will be frowned upon and cause your next commission to go to the end of the queue. If the behaviour persists, I hold the right to refuse service at any stage of the process.
- If, for any reason, your commission isn't completed in a month starting from the beginning of the sketch process, the commissioner is welcome to request a 25% discount* for their next commission.
- I hold the right to refuse service permanently to anyone that, during any part of the process, makes me uncomfortable and does not stop after being warned.

Rejected Sketches And Cancelled Commissions
- I hold all the rights to rejected sketches and the sketches of cancelled commissions, being able to use them for my own profit.

Payment
- Payment will be done 50% upfront and the remaining 50% before receiving the final art. The first 50% is non-refundable.
- In case of a cancelation, regardless of reason, the commissioner is excused from paying the remaining 50%.
- Any exclusive discounts can only be used by the account that originally received them. The commissioner cannot use another account to redeem their discount.
- The payment must be made through PayPal, Ko-fi, or MBway (if in Portugal).

Alterations
- Alterations to the design can be made freely, with no fees attached, during the sketch stage only.
- If the commissioner requests alterations to the design during the lineart or colouring stages, they will be charged a 5€ and an 8€ fee respectively.
- Alterations of the colour palette can be made only in the colouring stage, with no fees attached.
- During the rendering stage, no alterations will be accepted.
- In case of a cancelation, the alteration fees must still be payed.

Use Of The Art
- My art must not be used for hate speech, illegal content, or NSFW content.
- If the commissioner intends to handle my art for commercial use or self profit, they will be charged 25% of the total price (commercial fee). Any alteration fee will be considered towards the total price.
- My art must not be used for any merchandizing, unless agreed upon previously and with my written consent. In this situation, the commissioner must pay a 100% merchandizing fee. Any alteration fee will be considered towards the total price.
- My art must not, in any circumstance, be used towards AI, NFTs, or crypto.
- My art must not suffer any alterations from the hands of another artist.
- My art must not be used for tracing.
- The commissioners are allowed to repost my art where and how they see fit, as long as I am clearly credited as the creator. When crediting me, they must use the @ for my Instagram or BlueSky account.
- My watermark must not, in any circumstance, be removed or occulted from my art.

*The 25% discount from late work is labelled as an exclusive discount.Ensure you've read all of the terms above thoroughly before proceeding with a commission.
